Returns Policy
You can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Customised or personalised orders
- Perishable goods (e.g. bait or fly material)
- Certain health and personal care items
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. Instead, contact us directly for return instructions.
Replacements Policy
We offer free replacements for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. To request a replacement:
- Email us at info@safariflies.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or damaged product.
- Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement and ship it to you at no additional cost.
If you would like to exchange a product for a different one, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and any price differences must be paid.
How to Return or Replace an Item
